     *Malassezia – From PityroSporum to IntestinoSporum*

                    … And Everywhere in Between…

      Samples from different areas of my Body

     Observed under Two types of Microscopes

         Consistently Revealed One Creature

    in its two different forms – i.e Yeast or Fungous

   or a variation of Two Malassezia Family Species.

        Scientists are still working on the tangle

         of Species and /or variations of stages…

 (containing the Lowest possible amounts of Coconut Oil derivatives

    or any Acetyl/Ethyl /Methyl type of Alcohols and Fragrances)

* Before the water cools, Scrub All Over with large size

     Nail or Bath Brush – then Repeat with a Face Cloth

                                             *

       K16: * symptoms of too much Malassezia *

                           That would depend on

a) Number of Locations of Symptom manifestations

b) Severity of Symptoms

c) Variation of Symptoms

If a great number of Symptoms present

such as described on list of Keywords above

that would be a good indication of Too Much Malassezia

but even if only a few on the External, one might not overlook

symptoms and indications of Internal presence, such as:

* Leg Jerking (Restless Leg Syndrome)

* Burning or Pulsating Anal or Vaginal Areas

* Anal Blockage or Fullness sensation

* Bladder Irritation

* Lower Back Pain

* Sleeplessness or Disturbed /Restless Sleep

* Unexplained sudden Catarrh symptoms

                      Once this area is cleared totally

       (after having applied Preventatives for a short time)

                                  Must be kept

               Clean and Dry and Emollients Free

                      At All Times

    Perspiration must be washed off – area dried immediately

     No Lotions, Moisturisers or Other at Any Time.
