Malassezia for me started as Fatty Blobs or Gritty Crystalline Shards.

It was much later on that i became aware of the Gray Sticky Layer

on Both my Body and Clothes and it’s ‘Connection’ to Malassezia

                        and even later still that i realised that

Gray Sticky was Part of Malassezia and a Stage of Development

Biofilm, acting much like a Carrier and / or Protective Amniotic Fluid 

Malassezia on Body and Clothing

        I cannot recall exactly when i became aware of its presence

but if i were to guess it appears more reasonable and likely that it was

                    that it was after i had given up Swimming  

and there was no Chlorine  to inhibiting it sticking on my Body

or perhaps the Daily Chlorine saturation had caused the demise

of other Friendly Fora while stripping the natural body oil barrier 

exposing and leaving the skin vulnerable such that Malassezia

did not need to produce its own, finding digging-in quick and easy.


When the Skin Restoration started, the Natural Skin Lipids were not enough

      to allow it to stick on the skin and neither could it ‘dig-in’ as easy

             – this been the case ever since – 

      so it started converting and spreading its own etc.. etc… 

              All speculation of course ...


             Anyhow, at First it was Gray and on the Dry Side

                     – as shown on the photos above.

              Later on it seemed to have gradually changed 

            to a more Liquid Stickier, Greasier Consistency 

                      and a rather Brownish Gray hue

                 progressively arriving to the more recent

                      Rich Fluorescent Orange.

                  Then it Rapidly acquired a Lime hue to it.

Until the most Recent Surprise of a very Rich Deep Fluorescent Green

Never encountered previously – Neither suspected as exiting or possible

unless -as reported- when viewed under Wood’s Lamp

             but Not visible to the Naked Eye!

I assumed it may have been a result of Malassezia-Acidophilus Interaction

      which may still be the case, as what has followed since

has been Fluorescent Green Sputum  and even Green Hyphae

             as seen in the Malassezia Liquid in the Eye. 


Truly though i do Not really know what has caused these colour changes.

Another possibility might be that for the past year i had to change my Diet


a) Reduce Considerably the Quantity i was used to consuming

 – after some abrupt declining in my health  and my Digestive System 

   unable to handle anymore- even though mainly consisted of Fresh Fruit

b) Discontinue some other Vital Foods such as Yoghurt and Nuts

      providing Protein, Calcium and other minerals

c) Replace One and often Two of my Fruity Meals 

      with an All Greenies lightly Steamed  Dish.

(Fig promptly dropped again after unpleasant Repercussions… 😦  )


Why would have taken that long for the Change of Colour and Quality to occur

-should that have been the cause-  i don’t know …. but i am rather worried

                   that One morning i may look in the Mirror

        And … Not Recognise Myself! …


A Green Smile

   But  Not  very likely -under the circumstances- that i  d’ be

wearing such a Broad happy Smile on my … Rich Green Face!


I am inclined to believe that the change of Diet may indeed

have caused Malassezia to adapt, since it utilises practically

every nutritional element, provided abundantly by the Body

in the Digestive and Intestinal Canal but to prove so 

i would have to go back to my previous diet which i could not do

unless i got a clear Directive from my Body

while following sensitively and sensibly its needs

and navigating between the limitations of ‘Can’s and Can Not’s’ of it all.

Another recent experimental Diet change with Less Cooked Greens

-unless coincidental or other undetectable cause- has resulted

a return to more normal? Orange colour Biofilm

and have not detected any Lime Green during this time.


So Far i have Discovered and Confirmed a Correlation between

eating More Fruit and having More and -More Frequently- produced 

Malassezia Liquid Gold/Green but with Milder Burning quality

              against Eating More Greens and having Less

                       and -Less Frequently- produced

    but More ‘Caustically Burning’ when it spreads on the skin

                 ( as the Under Breast attack indicated.)

          Anyway, the Purpose of this Project was to Find out

if there were any Common Characteristics in the different Samples

that could indicate of Malassezia as One, Two or Several Species.


The Results indicate clearly throughout –as far as i am concerned

that there are Consistently Common Elements such as

 * Green / Orange Fluorescence

 * Orange Sticky Liquid

 * Fatty or Gritty Particles Consisting of

 – Circular C Shaped Eyelets with Cloning Beads

 – Long or Short Hyphae also containing Cloning Beads.


These characteristics seem to be consistent throughout

from whatever part of the body they may have been collected.

The only difference in some samples appears to be

               the size and /or look of the Hyphae.

Looking at some samples below it would be reasonable to assume

                that the Hyphae can appear different, i.e

                          Smaller and Thinner if  

   a) They develop at the Yeast stage and  b) During their Early stage of growth

                 a) at the Mycelial / Fungal stage  and

                 b)  During a Later stage of growth

I cannot tell with certainty that my interpretation and stance is correct

                  Nevertheless!…. at this Stage

  To me it all  still indicates One Malassezia Organism In its Two States 

    i.e  the Yeast and the Mycelia / Fungus.

Until some other discovery or element sheds more light disproving this theory

                 i am tentatively standing by my current position

      -but always ever ready to embrace Fact against Theory

                            when it comes  sufficiently 

                      Tested – Provedn and Validated

                         whether it be Mine or Scientific. 


  How I would love to see for Every Ailment Big or Small 

   * A Correct Testing Method 

   * A Correct Conclusive Diagnosis 

   * Medical Specialists with Open Co-operative Spirit , 

                  and Most Importantly 

     * Available Correct – Harmless to the Body – Working Treatment! 

                        Am i Dreaming about Some Other Planet

                            … in Some Other Solar System? 

               I guess I Am!…  


   In the meantime as i have stated all along

for me the Name or type of sub Species is not as Important

as finding how it Operates and ways to Control and Minimise

            the Damage and Discomfort it causes

    therefore, i will be watching for signs such as

* What Causes  or Inhibits the Yeast from Developing to Fungus

* Are Different treatments More suited to Each or it makes No difference.

* Are there any Elements that Favour One Form More than the Other

                                  and so on… etc …

                Reflection – Saliva and Lung Blood Samples 

A  Last Minute Temptation!


  Clearing Unsuitable for Use Photos from my Folders  

i caught a perfect one of a Reflection of the Microscope Lens

                                  onto the sample

A few days back on the same day i collected the Vagina Sample

                          i had also placed a Saliva sample on a slide.

             The First View of Both was absolutely mystifying for a few seconds

       until the penny dropped that every Saliva Bubble

                          was reflecting the Microscope Lens back


                 A few hours later when most Bubbles had dried out

            i re-adjusted slightly the focusing and some flattish circles

                        came to view that i could not easily identify

          so i discarded the sample and concentrated on the Vaginal one.


                           All the while, thinking that if i had found

                      Fluorescent Green Malassezia in Lung Sputum

              it was only Logical there Must Be present in the Saliva as well

                     especially since it seems to gather around my lips 

                    practically after every time i have eaten my Fruities.


So when i got a sudden Lung Bleed it presented a last minute 

                           temptation and opportunity to find out: 

              a) What i could see in the Lung Blood Sample, and

              b) If Any Malassezia Presence in Blood or Surrounding Saliva 

    Here are the Results:


                The First View of the Lung Blood was pretty much consistent

                 with the Microscope Reflection so i thought it was a lost case

                 and did not bother for all the trouble and effort it takes to try 

                 to align the camera over the Microscoper Viewer to take a Photo

                 but i left the sample on the slide for ‘just in case’ there was

                 something worth viewing after drying up… and i was not wrong.

 That Intuitive urge i get when i tune into things whispered again:

                  I expected it would all be dead and dry by now

                    since there had been No change on Day 2’

                   but since i had to retrieve and clean the slide

                    i thought i might as well have another look.


                              And the ‘Whisper was Right!’…

                     Perhaps Finally Brought the Proof needed!

                           as Much  as Can Possibly Be Externally

                             but generally Inaccessible Internally.


                      I do Not give up easily so i intend to trial an idea

                         i have been considering for quite sometime

                         on how to administer Acidophilus Bacteria

                         as Close and Directly to the Lung as Possible

                     Bypassing Stomach Acids and Enzyme interference

                               Current Faecal Samples

                                   Another Surprise!

                I guess there is no need to point out that

                      * I am No Professional Microbiologist

                      * Faecal material is Rich in Elements

                         i could not even imagine existing

                      * There could be many things staring me in the eye

                          i would have absolutely no clue 

                          that they are staring me in the eye or what they are…

                           So!… Not having pointed this out…

                                        I shall Point out that:

          Here I am Only Looking for Malassezia Yeast / Fungus

                    in its Different Stages of Development

                   the way i have come to Recognise them

                                and it is on this basis

              i will be presenting the Photos of the samples below

                    -This including possibilities of Error.


(No Microscope Oil has been used for any of these Samples)

Photo 1 and 2 Show a number of Large Circular Shapes

                                looking rather too large to be Yeast

                       compared with the size viewed in other samples

        and quite Irregular to be Fluid Reflection of the Microscope’s lenses

              I called My Man – even more of an amateur than i am – for a

                                       ‘What do you think you See’

and he suggested they looked like ‘Fat globules’

-clever man!- and somehow i agree…   but what kind of fat?  …

   ‘Fat’ as Faecal matter Fat or as Malassezia ‘Fatty’ globule / blobs?

           Certainly a good chapter of confusion and uncertainty this one 😦 …

                               Editing this Entry i Noticed 2 things:

              1- The “Fat’ globules have a slight hint of a protrusion…

                           that normal Fat globules do not have

               2- Perhaps the Darker outer Peripheries

                   are the Developing Familiar Semi – Circular                                      

                             Beaded/Spore Eyelets ???

        If that is so, it would explain why they are -initially larger in size

                    as being in earlier stage of development  

       and why i could not quite identify them with the same confidence.

Below comparison with Google Malassezia Images


 Looking at the Photos above and comparing with my samples

       something tells me ‘yes, similar … perhaps identical

           …yet … not Quite…’   but i cannot tell why not…

  Perhaps because all spherical shapes i have seen in previous

 faecal samples were much smaller without the ‘Fatty’ full look

     and usually scattered around very long ‘nodulated’ hyphae  

              much like the second Google Photo above.

                               (See Note Above)


          Comparing My Samples with Google Photos 

                              There may be Difference in Microscopes

                     or Method, i.e. use of Oil, Focusing and /or Magnification

                    that may make them look similar or different…

                           I usually prefer the ‘almost identical’! 


      Comparing My Previous with the Current Samples

The Microscope is the same, and so is the Magnification.

Only the Focusing is adjusted where different parts 

  of the sample come clearer or go out out of focus 

 so Perhaps -and more likely to my guessing judgement-

       the difference may be in Different Stage of Development?

                      and /or Yeast versus Fungus…

    The same Circular Shapes but also presence of Blood in two areas

         making the ‘Malassezia Fatty Globules’ theory much more likely

But there is More!

           I left the sample on the slide until the next day

     to see if there would any detectable changes.

            The ‘Fatty globules’ seem to have Changed overnight

                 They look fuller and augmented … much like yeast does…

     Some have augmented so much that they Bump onto Each Other

                     1) Spherical Shapes that seem to Augment

                     2) Blood Presence

                     3) Two Empty, Dead Malassezia Hyphae

                        All Pointing to Malassezia at the Yeast stage.

                  taken with a Poor quality iPhone camera

                  that could pick up a plenitude of ‘Hyphae ‘Spaghetti’

                  but not the Spherical ‘Meatballs’ scattered around them

                           2) Blood Presence i.e Cloning stage of Development

                          3) Only Two Isolated empty Hyphae

                       did not present accurately all of what was Visible

                         I would say there is a marked Improvement

                    even in just that there are Not as many Yeast Cells

              compared to Spaghetti Filaments as well as Scattered Cells

         especially if most current Cells never reach maturity to Cloning Stage

                    which -IF this would be the case- would be due to

                                     the Acidophilus Treatment

                   and Frequent Clearing of the Colon with Enemas

‘Malassezia – Acidophilus Round 2 & The 8 Hour Kill?’

    This was the very First View under the Digital Microscope

     after handling Acidophilus, as described

                   in the Initial Entry:

It Revealed a Static ‘Photo-like’ of a dull Greenish Gray.

Nothing moved as should have been if Malassezia

had been Present and Alive as shown below and detailed

in Entry Malassezia ~ New Discoveries–Photos–Confirmations(6)


   Malassezia now you see it


  So, an hour after deliberately handling liberally Acidophilus-Water Mix

 i checked my Fingers under the Digital Microscope  

  and here again comes a Static ‘photo-like’ view 

                            of what looks like Malassezia

as compared with previous photos of  ‘Moving Malassezia’.

     Since of course it was Not moving there is always a possibility

                  it might be just pieces / fibres of tissue paper…

The important Point here is Not whether the Pictured dots on both photos

  Are or are Not Malassezia 

– or what is pictured is Malassezia Dead or Tissue fibres resembling it –



  This is the Second time of a Static View and of

     ‘Malassezia looking Dead – after handling Acidophilus’


 Two Right Hand Fingers -below- Both exhibited Static View

           Malassezia Under Digital Microscope

                       Is this a Confirmation that Acidophilus Kills?…

                     I was still rather Sceptical

               l never accept ‘face value’ easily as facts 

                      unless i have Repeated Proof

    … so it seems i Tempted Fate…


                 The Next Incident Served as the Proof i needed

              and a Memory Engraving Unforgettable Experience…


           If you were Interrogated and asked every few minutes:

              “Now!… Do you Believe?…”

                What would you Reply

 after Eight Straight Hours

                  of Unbearable Merciless Unrelenting Torture?…

     PART 4

        ‘Malassezia – Acidophilus –The Eight Hour Kill?’

         Acidophilus Capsule


   In several of my Entries I have stated that Acidophilus

does Not appear to Kill Malassezia – at least not on Impact.


I have Repeatedly Observed: 

* Where there is a crawling, itching or burning sensation

  applying Acidophilus  brings Instant relief and quiet.


* Wherever i apply it Protectively, Malassezia invariably avoids

  or moves away from that area except in rare occasions

  and this i believe it is usually due to its stage of development

i.e when nearing immobility.


* Where there is already a lesion it helps heal at a fraction of usual time

  but have never had palpable proof it was due to Killing Malassezia.


Yet recent findings indicate it Possibly Does Kill – slowly but steady.


What follows below is a Long story with Connecting threads to past Entries

but i will omit all previous links and details, even though risking

giving a false impression of inconsistencies in reporting events

and results – but the main Purpose here is

to Bring the Reader Faster to the Main Point of this Entry.


In as near as perfect environment as could possibly be

– after recent turbulence during experimentations-

there was a one in a million adverse event that acted 

to the Devil’s advantage and lead me temporarily back to hell.


A Water Mains Pipe Burst, leaving our Local Area

without supply for several hours  – – –   just before Bed time!


My Man phoned the Company and was informed 

it would be a few hours before the problem was fixed.

There ad been no warning and no chance storing emergency water

and to top Bad luck even our tea kettle and my Bathroom Urn

needed a complete refill.


I was too tired and thought it was futile to sit up waiting

not knowing exactly how long the ‘few hours’ would be, so i reluctantly

decided to risk going to Bed with only Partial Protective Maintenance

hoping  i was faced with  Day 1 activity and not a stage of a

maniacal ‘I have to Dig-in and Clone evil Sisters’ Day 3 or 4.


Alas… i was twice Unlucky!…



I woke up in the middle of the night with Burning Vagina and Jabbing Pains.

Got up and tried to clean walls with warm water and cotton wool 

and inserted a new Acidophilus capsule and returned to Bed.

Had a harrowing night and by morning i could hardly stand up straight.

All three Orificies were Burning and Bearing Down violently

as if i had a simultaneous Bladder – Vagina Infection

as well as severe gastrointestinal diarrhoea

– something of course a couple of litres of enemas prior to bed time

would have prevented had water supply allowed it…


I had my Bath as quick and early as was possible

–after letting all taps running to clear muddy residue from the pipe damage-

and when i got out again i wiped the vaginal walls gently with cotton wool

and noticed some blood –a confirmation that the jabbing pains and Burning

were a severe Invasion and Dig-in attack in the cowardice hours of the night

– but then that is Malassezia’s active time and an unfortunate -for me- stage 3.


    I inserted as usual a new Acidophilus Capsule

         but in desperation i had an idea:

To break a Second one apart and insert its two parts Open

so that the Contents would Spread along the wall Faster

than it usually takes for the gelatine capsule to dissolve

acting in a way as a slow release throughout the day. 


         Excellent Idea! … in Some Way!…

Within a few minutes i could hardly believe what had hit me…

                                          It was

Either Labour inducing Uterine Contractions on a duration of

     1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 Steady High Intensity

             with just a brief 1-2-1/2 Relaxing

    and starting 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13-14-15 again…

   and again… and again… and again … with No End in Site


  OrMuch Higher Intensity … Peroxide Killing Torture!


It is one thing to experience Peroxide Killing on a Toe or Foot or Ear

or other unfortunate exposed flesh part but to endure the same internally

in the Vagina -or Penis for that matter- is altogether another level of experience.

I have given Birth to Two Girls so i am not a Gentle Flower

and i usually bear Pain to extreme levels and carry on irrespective.


After 2 Full hours where my Endurance and Pain Intensity were running

in opposite directions and from moaning, groaning and whimpering

i started screaming … closed doors and windows and was grateful

my man was at work and did not have to suffer it with me

because i just could not keep quiet anymore and was pleading

with the universe for either the end of my Life

or immediate release of the Torture there and then… 


Neither happened and little did i know

that it would Surpass even the 4-6 hour torturous Peroxide Kill

to an Unbelievable Relentless 8 FULL HOURS One 

    A … KILL???…

      It Better!…


Then it all Stopped Abruptly and there was Absolute Peace

                       in Hell’s Cauldron… 

No Digs, No Burning, No Sliding, No Crawling – NOTHING…

Just the Usual Coolness of  Acidophilus Soothing…

Finally like DEATH had taken the Devil’s Cursed Soul where it Belonged.

But by that time i was so Bruised, Battered and Broken

that when my man arrived home shortly after

he stopped abruptly took a good look at me up and down

and was just about to ask  …‘what ???…’

but instead, opened his Comforting arms silently and wrapped me in

while tears were flowing quietly down my eyes.


Ironically, the entire external area, was immaculately Symptom Free… 

All was Dead quiet even by Bed time but i took No risk!

I had quite a few Litres of Enemas to Clear the Colon

A Flat Spoonful of Vitamin C powder to  deal with the Bladder, and 

i inserted the Usual Night time Acidophilus Capsule

… INTACT this time.


The next morning after my Bath and knowing there were  still

a couple of small Lesions near the Cervix, i repeated last night’s routine

but inserted 2 Capsules -both whole- as i could not bear going 

through the same experience again and fair enough

after approximately an hour, there was a Repeat

but with only of 40% intensity and lasted for only a couple of hours.

I could live with that and with the New Knowledge

of ‘The Silver Lining’ as it is Called!- that the Pain meant

Death for Malassezia and Healing for my Privates…


Acidophilus had never delivered such Performance before in any way 

                         with Results such as:

-Malassezia Response causing such Extreme – Peroxide kill like Pain

-Nor obvious, immediate Evidence of Actually Killing Malassezia even if slowly.

It was more like an uncertain deductive  speculation of

“It possibly does, otherwise how come there is no follow up after applied

in areas of crawling, pricking, sliding and even digging-in if caught early”

but  confusing by follow up in already cloning lesions

where new clones crept out like sand onto the surface.


Perhaps because Malassezia largely avoids Acidophilus being a larger

than itself creature and there are fewer -to death- confrontations.

This had been my constant impression resulting from lack of immediate proof. 


I am Curious whether the Devil suffered as much during its dying as i Did!…


Would i have done it had i known what i would have to go through? 

No… i would have most likely chosen the much lower dig-in jabbing pain

but of much Longer duration – possibly of the usual four weeks

shortened to One by the eventual slow release/action of Acidophilus.

Malassezia’s  Dig-in vibrational jabbing is of tolerable intensity

though higher if internally due to sensitivity of internal parts

only lasts for 15-20 minutes at the time and rests for another

15- 20 minutes and  often up to more than an hour or two

but goes on for many days -up to four weeks if large concentration.


The Peroxide Kill on the contrary – which in itself is Painless if applied

on Malassezia Free wounds, causes Malassezia to React 

with a Continuous Unbearably High Intensity stabbing  

much like high voltage electric currents for 4-6 hours 

-depending how large the area and challenge 

much like the above Acidophilus Surprising Performance.


I am still at a loss though as to why / how such a Massive  Response

because  i have applied Acidophilus contents directly on open lesions

on external Body areas repeatedly before and apart of an initial

brief stinging sensation there is a quickly followed soothing one.

Could it be that in smaller areas Malassezia dies faster

while in this Incident there was a Massive attack

that took much longer for Acidophilus to deal with?

It is all just speculation at this stage, so i shall have to watch

more closely from now on and see if this hypothesis can be Confirmed…


          I have Observed by Repeated Results achieved

     that there is a difference between the Acidophilus Kill

        -if that  is what it was- and the Peroxide one, in that

                                Peroxide Kills

       All stages Malassezia Including Cloning Sisters

                           and ‘Beady Spores’ 


Acidophilus Kills  

               All Malassezia stages – Cloning Sisters

                     but Not the ‘Beady Spores’

until they start developing and come out on the surface.


So… If you were Interrogated and asked every few minutes:

        “Now!… Do you Believe?… Beyond any Doubt”

                  What would you Reply

after 8 Hours

       of Unbearable Merciless Unrelenting Torture?…




Fortunately, i Survived the Ordeal and All Restored…. for now..

There is never permanent peace or any area reclaimed for ever.

There is always another place for its evil opportunistic manifestation

and Constant Vigilance, Routine Maintenance, Preventive Measures

and a bit of …Luck … are the key to fewer traumatic incidents.

    ‘Dry Orange Scrapings Under Microscope

    When the ‘Does Yellow/Orange/Green-turns Gray when dead’ experiment

     was completed, i emptied the water and was about to discard the Container

Then i thought:    ‘Why not let it Dry out and see what happens

a) With the Colour when there has been No water in it, and

b) Look at it under the Microscopes to see if there is anything in it.’


      During the Experiment while there was frequently water in the container

the Colour remained Orange and bright with only a slight hue of dullness

           So i let it Dry out for a couple of weeks and on the 7/12/13

I took some scrapings and checked them under the Digital Microscope.

On the Left bottom side i thought i detected a Circular ‘Beady’ shape

               of ‘Cloning sisters’  but was not absolutely sure

 After Viewing and Photographing the Samples

   i left them on the slide in the same position

                     for further viewing at a later stage.


    On the Second Viewing, part of the gel had dried out

and some filaments pictured above were isolated.

    Some Red filled with freshly drawn blood  

   and some Grayish disintegrating

On the 7/12/13 i looked again before intending to remove the slide.

   Now i could only see a very Long Filament 

 so long i could only focus the lenses on a small part at a time.

   It looked completely Black, shrivelled, burned – dead dry!

 The arrows indicate the extensive length of the Filament out of focus.

Bewildered by the fact that no gel was visible

         i scrolled a little in each direction and discovered

                     this very long filament, also naked, black and dry.

                 It appears as though inside the protective wrap of the gel

                 the Filaments kept growing for a while

   or the thickness of the gel prevented clear view

                          although i believe the former is more likely

               because i remember slight but visible sample augmentation

              observed in the past when Microscope had been purchased.
