over 5 years have shaped My Personal View as it stands currently
but always open and ready to change If/when new Facts arise:.

Morgellons is Not an Organism
It is a Condition – a Bundle of Symptoms.
Malassezia on the other hand IS an Organism
And so is Demodex.

1) A Variety of Symptoms are Not Uniquely ascribed
or caused by either Malassezia or Morgellons.
Many are caused by various other organisms or conditions.
2) Malassezia is Medically Recognised and Detectable
and so is Demodex
Morgellons is Neither – at least not so far.
(Delusional Parasitosis is the easiest diagnosis
for our ‘Professionals’ and Not only for Morgellons.)
3) Morgellons majority of Symptoms are either
Indistinguishable or Identical to Malassezia’ s
4) Both Malassezia and Morgellons are difficult to Identify
and /or verify due to
– Medicos Ignorance, Resistance or Acceptance and cooperation
regarding Perseverance with Right Testing
.
Malassezia
– Being Viewed as a Natural Part of Body Flora
and Failure to recognise or adequately evaluate
the severity of its effects as a Pathogen
– Difficulty obtaining evaluation and prescription for Right Tests
– Difficulty in Collecting and (methods of) Culturing in Labs
– Reluctance due to Temporary Results
of Long term Treatments and associated Side Effects
– Symptoms Fragmented and Categorised as Isolated conditions
such as Seborrheic Dermatitis, Ptirosporum, Folliculitis, etc

Morgellons
– Due to Lack of Detectable Cause
– Outright Rejection and Classification of Symptoms
as Delusional Parasitosis or similar terms.

Malassezia and Morgellons
– Both easy classification and dismissal
as Delusional Parasitosis often before
proper tests are carried out – if at all
– Many of the Symptoms
May or may Not be caused by either
Malassezia, Morgellons or Demodex
– Morgellons May or may Not be caused by an Organism.
There is Speculation by the Morgellons believer/followers
that there may be a correlation between Myiasis and Morgellons
but a cause has not been officially established yet.
( Myiasis is caused by Tropical Fly Larva (maggot) in human tissue )

My Personal View as things stand Currently
Some Symptoms are due to
a) Various, Unrelated, to either Malassezia or Morgellons, causes
b) Some Malassezia Symptoms are mistaken for Morgellons
.
And for the Future (hopefully)
Science may eventually bring to light
Whether Morgellons
a) Is a Condition in its Own Right
b) What its True cause is
c) Which of the Symptoms ascribed to it, are
– Directly attributed to it
– Which are Indirectly connected to it, and
– Which are due to various other causes.
.
Until then, we are all left to deal on our own
and with our own opinions, assessments, speculations,
inclinations and a myriad of unanswered questions.
This stands true for Malassezia as well.
In the end and for the time being, names and classifications
do not matter as much as
Treatments that can offer Relief and some Control
that allows living a Reasonable life.

I have not seen the owner of these fingers for a long time
so i am not aware if there is any other Malassezia evidence
but my guesstimation is inclined towards this being the case.
I know there has been Recent Illness, Medications
and Stress due to grief for family loss and relationship breakup
and all of these, no doubt, constitute a bountiful of Reasons
for a Malassezia take over.

My Moral Dilemma:
Do i let them know ???
Or do i mind my own business
and hope that one day unbeknownst to them
they land onto my site for Info and perhaps
Relief / Control Solutions / Suggestions…
One comforting thought is that the Supplement above
indicates an effort to restoring health and immunity.

in any of My Microscope samples
while on the contrary my Man’s show abundance
and he does not apply any (of my) treatments (*1)
i am inclined to believe
that some of the Malassezia Solutions presented here
have contributed to this fact
and therefore can be helpful for Demodex treatment. (*3)
(*1) My Man’s Malassezia symptoms are very mild
except for the occassional Flair-ups and therefore
he is not forced to follow any routine as I am )
(2) I am not sure if Demodex harasses Finger and Toe Nails
much like Malassezia does or whether the Reader

Malassezia ~ Non-Healing Sores
One of the Recurrent issues many Readers have been reporting
is, * Dealing with Non Healing Sores *
– Some appear to respond temporarily
(to some of Readers own choices of treatments)
– Some do Not
– Some Sores are Itchy some Not
.
I have already explained in earlier Entries the various reasons
for this occurrence, some of which are
Cloning in that area, Attraction to Inflammation
and easier access to Blood, etc
.
The Most Important Fact to Ensure
when dealing with a similar Symptom, is that
One is Not Dealing with Skin Cancer!
.
Some of the unanswered questions also to be asked here
are:
– It is known Diabetic Sores fall in the category
of Non healing or Difficulty in healing
but not sure what Type and what causes these Sores?
– Are they Malassezia caused
– Have they been Examined /Tested for cause
other than generally attributed to Diabetes? or
– Are they dubbed with a generic all-inclusive name?

– How many other Non-healing types of sores and causes
have been officially known, etc

Bearing in mind these unknowns -at least to me-
and assuming backed up by other supporting evidence
that these Non-healing sores are caused by Malassezia
the way i would deal with them, is by
– Interrupting a Possible Cloning Cycle
– Reducing Inviting Inflammation in the area
– Applying Natural, Beneficial, Malassezia Deterrents
– Applying Healing Substances
– Avoiding All Malassezia Inviting Substances

There are Two points i want to add regarding Acidity:
1) Some Acidic Foods such as Citrus Fruits
are Acidic in Nature but Rendered Alkaline in the Body
2) There is Good Acidity – Beneficial to the Body
as in the Fruits above
and Bad Acidity as with many foods i will not mention here
but can be found in earlier Entries and Lists of items
to be Avoided as detrimental regarding Malassezia.

Note:
While i have been preparing Entry Pt1 and Pt2
i have come to Notice some additional improvements
that can be linked to the Fibre Changes
such as
> Less Gas and Bloating
> Less Orange Sticky (Biofilm) on my Body and Hands

It may be a temporary adjustment and reaction to change
until perhaps Malassezia picks up rhythm again
or may be due to a lot more Intestinal clearing

Three accidents inside the house in the space of a couple of weeks
created the need for more changes and introduction of new methods
-mainly targeting mobility improvement and reduction of pain-
but appear to be having some effects on Malassezia as well
so a brief mention is presented below

Just 4-6 Ltrs of Clean Warm Water
Will Clear Out a Lot of
> Cloning Potential Spores protected within the Biofilm
> Yeast or Fungus in Filament development stage
> Mature Cloning maniacs
> Newly Cloned maniacal sisters
All of them Ready to cause more Pain ahead

What the Enemas may Not be able to do
is clear what is clinging along the intestinal walls

Lunch
> Sunflower Seeds – 1/2 -metric spoon- Scoop
> Pumpkin Kernels – 2 -metric spoon- Scoops
Pumpkin Kernels reputed to kill parasites
(whether capable of specifically killing Malassezia i don’t know)
.
Although every single item in my Diet is Rich in Fibre
of Both Soluble and Insoluble types
i felt that a Targeted way of administering it, both as
Increase as well as one Concentrated Meal on its own
might produce a more effective results than my current daily
of more Fruity/Veggie oriented, so i proceeded to trial it, and
found it to be producing some initial Improved Results.
For example Three results so far are very specific and noticeable
which i consider as indications of Definite Improvement
– until either confirmed or changed – time will tell…
.
And these are
1) Increased Peristaltic-Eliminative Motions (2-3) Daily
thus Reducing
> Rectal Congestion
> Malassezia Presence
> Need for more Frequent Enemas
.
2) More Frequent Die-Off Occurrences
Before it used to be once every couple of months or so
now since the change it is once every 5-10 days
usually preceded the day before by
> An overpowering sourly- bitter taste in my mouth
and all the way down my throat,
followed the next day by the
> Die-Off with its own putrid smell coming upwards
and in the intestinal faecal matter, accompanied by
> An awful, ‘Sick all over’ feeling,
to an eventual Following Few Days of
> All Clear and Quiet … until next build up…

3) Intestinal ‘Hot Charcoal Pain’ Spots have disappeared.
In an Earlier Entry i had mentioned that i could feel two painful
hot charcoal like spots in both, Kidneys and Intestinal area
that strongly suspected but could not confirm
that were caused by Malassezia Lodging and digging in there
and causing the familiar Burning pain.
.
A collapse and near dying incident
seemed to have cleared them off for a few months
details: Malassezia in the Kidneys and Transverse Colon
but eventually the pains started to build again
pretty close to where the previous ones had been
-indicated by the yellow circles-
with pain intensity ranging in a medium to high scale
.
No Enemas had any effect on them even though the water
would reach and clear almost the entire transverse colon.
Within 2 Days of Introducing the Concentrated Fibre change
i noticed considerable reduction in pain
and within a few more days All was completely gone!…
More than 3 weeks so far and still no sign of presence.
.
This change had no effect at all on the Kidney Hot spots
but after the Dietary Fibre Changes
and the complete disappearance of the Intestinal Hot Spots,
the introduction of a New weapon
Targeting Pain Relief and Improvement in the accident affected areas
seem to have inadvertently Cleared Both Kidney Hot Spots as well
and i suspect it has also contributed to some degree
in the frequency and intensity of the Die Off syndrome
Yet neither a Total Clearance or ‘Cure’ of Yeast
other than the Topical Relief and Massive Clearance
in those Internal Organs – and possibly more
thus Reducing the Chain Effect of Cloning.

Considering that the Intestinal Hot Spots had been there
persistently for a few months (as also the Kidney ones)
i am tentatively attributing the change to the Intended
Targeted Intestinal Brooming!

Of the New weapon, and its effects on Kidneys
and generally – IF – on the Yeast as well
i will report when adequate time given
to confirm and establish certainty
Time will tell!

If Time has taught me anything
it is that No result lasts permanently with Malassezia
being a Persistent and Highly Adaptable Creature

Q1- *does cuticura help with candida*
The reason i am addressing this Keyword is because
many Readers confuse Malassezia and Candida
and – or simply do not know which one is causing them problems.
As far as i know
a) Candida is easily identified in medical tests
b) There is a lot more research done and therefore more known
about it, due to being easier to grow in Laboratories
since, it appears, it does not require the presence
of Lipids as a growth Medium as is the case with Malassezia
.
– Cuticura is an antibacterial soap not sold in Australia
and have not had a chance to trial, which is good
because i doubt it would have been good for Malassezia
– According to tests results No Candida was found on me
nor do i seem to exhibit any of its characteristic symptoms
-although there are many that are similar-
so i cannot offer any opinion as to whether it would help
– but my thinking is:
If antibacterial soaps cured Candida there would not
have been such plethora of ads and expensive kits
promising – unique ways of curing it! Lol!
Candida seems to be another high Recurrence devil…

Yes… it does plague the Teeth as well…
I have not mentioned this before because
i have not been able to produce a presentable proof
or microscope confirmation but i have had many
lip attacks, fewer tongue and side of mouth
and even the occasional brief throat attempt
-fortunately no gum problems!-
so 98% certainty that it gathers on teeth is not unrealistic.
.
To clarify this statement:
There are times i feel an overpowering bitter-sourly taste
in my mouth -usually a day prior to a Die Off effect-
which i have come to identify as the Malassezia taste.
During those times, when i run tissue paper over my Teeth
it comes up with either an orange or a light lime-green hue on it
-both signs of Malassezia presence- and clear enough to see
with naked eye but not strong enough to show in photo
and neither collectable for viewing under microscope
-therefore the 98% certainty and the 2% missing ability
of proof presentation, unless one is there to witness.
Attempts to view saliva under Microscope were unsuccessful
due to saliva reflective quality – see details in Photo Entries.

My belief and observations indicate that usually
the ‘around and in mouth’ attacks are due to
> Sugary intake – would include Alcohol – and suspect
> Some Toothpaste/mouth Disinfecting products)
> Lack of Body Hydration forcing it to mouth, eyes, nostrils
as well as genital areas are that naturally.

Assuming Symptoms in K9-K16 are caused by Malassezia

The appearing Black is Blood, either fresh,
concentrated and encapsulated within the Lesion

and having to Obey my Body’s Indications
of its alternating needs, i have been able to observe
distinct variations in Malassezia behaviour
and effect on the Body, during implemented changes of Diet.

When i am on a Highly Hydrating Diet
-On Belief and Repeated Confirmation of Benefits-
Malassezia appears to definitely be more Active
but with much Less Punishing Effects on the Skin
while when on a Less Hydrating – More Solid Diet
of Lightly Steamed Vegetables, thus providing
Considerably Reduced Hydration (and ‘live’ nutrients)
Malassezia activity and presence
appears to be Reduced temporarily
but then Turned into an Unbearably Increased
Corrosive –Fire like– Burning and Itch
penetrating and interrupting even the deeper sleep
and /or waking up to either Acid like Fluid filled Bubbles
or some extensive Red-Burn-like areas
such as the Under Breast nasty Surprise incident.

and One Passive or Neutral

as ‘Orange-Gray Liquid’ – ‘Amniotic Fluid like’ – or ‘Carrier’.

2- I have Not found so far any reference regarding
Candida and OIL Requirement for Reproduction
as is the case with Malassezia.
I vaguely recollect having read somewhere
Candida is Not requiring Oil for Proliferation
and IF that is correct,
then this is One point of difference between them.

3- IF i have understood the medical jargon correctly, and
IF the information is correct and reliable
some studies of oils have showing a slow down / inhibiting
effect on Candida virulence – at least on the Petri dish…
( Difference between Petri Dish and Body is that the former
is a restricted, limited environment where the Yeast/Fungus
is tested under controlled conditions, whereas the Body
is its Familiar, Dynamic changing environment
where it can escape, adapt, or fight and survive.
Otherwise the Petri Dish findings would have offered
Fixed Solutions to the problems these creatures present…)

4- Since Laboratory Research
-and my Personal Experiences-
have shown that
Oils Promote Growth of Malassezia
i assume it would be wise for each individual
to be certain about
Which Type of Yeast they are Dealing with
in Regards to Using Oils for Treatment
and be mindful of the difference between
a Petri Dish in a Laboratory
and the Entire Dynamic Complexity of a Body
and presence of Other Friendly or Hostile Flora.

The Fermented Foods Trial
Has Regrettably come to an end.
One thing i can say is
I Wish! … I Wish! … I Wish! ….
1- There had been any Conclusive and Beyond Any Doubt
indication of inhibiting or affecting Malassezia
but this is Not the case
.
2- Or a Positive explanation for Suspected association
with occurring Unpleasant Symptoms – but again
this is Not the case while every indication is to the contrary
.
3- Certainty that continuing consumption despite any signs
would not be to the detriment of other vulnerable areas
.
4- Certainty that whatever ‘live elements’ are attracted
or released during the Fermentation process
-even IF primarily harmless under normal conditions-
Are Not or will Not – turn into Pathogens
in an already immuno-compromised system
.
Observations during the Trial
The Trial was conducted over a 3-1/2 month period
and was ended abruptly due to an accident
that appeared to have been caused as an indirect result
of ignored symptoms.
.
I included my Husband in it as a second reference point
and for comparison of results or possible symptoms.
My Husband is not a fan of sour, vinegary, spicy foods
so after a whole first week i kept the Solids for myself
and he was quite happy to drink the Liquid part of it
before or during dinner.
.
I started him one week after i had tested it myself
so that one of us would be safe should anything went wrong.
The First symptom he reported back within the first three days
was identical to mine, also occurring within my first three days.
Painful Blood filled Bubbles inside the Mouth
.
His were not as huge as mine, as in photo above
but Big and very Painful nevertheless!
After a few Repeats of Blood Blisters
getting progressively smaller
they were replaced by a succession of ever present
yellowish white mouth Ulcer type, also Stinging ones
making eating Uncomfortable and taking time to heal.
.
I have a couple of theories regarding these symptoms
some possibly positive and some negative
but i have no proof or way of confirming either
therefore there is no reason to expand on possibilities.
.
Continuing on despite all and in order to give it time to settle
and hope for more definite results, my Man developed
* mysterious pains and aches
* needle shootings
* hand swelling
* arthritic and chest pains and so on-both while at work or home
and started to worry he was heading for a heart attack
and we considered doctor appointments and tests.
After making sure the symptoms were not due
to anything naughty he might had been consuming at work
i decided to Reduce his dosage and frequency
until eventually i took him Completely Off it.
After a while all his symptoms faded away.
.
For myself i remained undecided and determined to continue
despite a mixed bag of Symptoms
while weighing the positives against the negatives.
.
The Positives
There were a Few Noticeable Positives i was reluctant to part with:
* I absolutely Loved the Taste
* I experienced Tremendous Energy and Motivation,
made me feel Alive like Life’s Electric Current
was running through my veins.
* My head was Clear and on Fire!..
I could Think, Plan, and Remember things
* Digestion and Peristaltic Motions markedly Improved
.
One neither positive nor negative as such
was Vivid active Dreams – Busy Mind throughout the night.
No sleep disturbance – No wakefulness
but i would have preferred it dead quiet, Lol!
.
The Negatives
* Suspicion -but no confirmation- of possibly affecting negatively
Calcium Absorption – and Strength of already weak Bones.
* Needle/Shooting Pains-similar to ones descried by my man
* Gradual Build up of Kidney Pain and Pelvic area Inflammation
I ignored the warning signs preferring to doubt
while the inflammation kept Building
until a light misjudgement caused a small accident
that resulted in pain and partial immobility
further aggravating Inflammation in the Pelvic area.
.
I still did not stop until the first minor accident was followed
by three consecutive ones that resulted in urgent purchase
of a Walking cane, followed by a Stroller and a Wheel chair
due to complete immobility and my man having to take
two weeks off work to look after me.
.
I have recovered enough to walk the wheel chair around
instead of being wheeled in it
and stand up for a few minutes without holding on
but to get back to this point of recovery
i had to do what i have always been doing
for the past three decades whenever anything
went wrong in any area – and had always worked:
I stopped use and consumption of everything!
and I mean EVERYTHING
Both Internally and Externally
and Consumed ONLY Fruit Smoothies
until there were signs of Improvement
(usually three days to a week).

I did the same this time.
Nothing but Fresh Fruit Smoothies
No Acidophilus, No Kim Chee, No Seawater.
It took over Three Weeks
and i have still more to go
– If there is no permanent damage…
I thought the Yeast would devour me Alive but it did Not!
It always stops when there is Trauma in the Body
and returns to activity, ironically …as a sign of Improvement
before I have even felt any…
Since then i have Resumed my Normal Recent Diet
with Preference to 2 Fruities and 1 Steamed -for now-
as well as the daily Acidophilus maintenance
but have dropped the Kim Chee… regrettably for good…
.
Here i must note that i had created
my Own Benign Kim Chee Recipe
with Clean Warm Water, Fresh Veggies and Fruit
without any use of
– Commercial Yeasts or Chemical additives
– Salt Free
– Vitamin C and Acidophilus enriched
– only a Brief 2-3 Day Fermentation time
producing a mild Natural
Aromatic Flowery-Light Vinegary- Fragrance and Taste.
Only Clear Bubbles were produced during the process
and remained absolutely FREE of Green or Gray Scam.
I Used Sugarless Vitamin C as Preservative and Bacteria inhibitor
to replace the high blood pressure and kidney irritating Salt
and added the contents of an Acidophilus capsule
as a Malassezia fighter and for enhancing Friendly Flora.
Fermentation did the rest…
My Husband drunk the fermented juice
I only ate the Solid Pieces
It made No Difference to Malassezia Presence or Activity.
Irrespective, i would have continued eating it indefinitely
if it had not been for the adverse Inflammatory Kidney/Pelvic effect
and its resulting serious and undesirable consequences.

A Number of Readers have mentioned in the past
that they can ‘hear’ Malassezia under their skin.
I never sought to clarify if they literally meant
that they can hear it as a sound
knowing that it is often hard to express
the different sensations with accurate words.
.
Myself i have experienced it in several clear ways
as i have already described in earlier entries
but more as specific sensations, such as
* Crawling
* Sand Rolling
* Worm like Slithering
* Warm Liquid Sliding
* Flatter on the Eyelids
* Muscle Spasms under the Skin
* Strong Jerking Pulses or Cramping in the Legs
( Restless Leg Syndrome, etc.)
Each indicating a different stage of development or activity.
.
The closer and more relevant to ‘Sound’
yet not quite, are the vibratory ones, i.e
* Flatter on the Eyelid beds
* Muscle Spasms under the Skin
* Strong Jerking Pulses in the Legs
These three types have always displayed
a Characteristic Common Rhythmic Vibration.
.
The Muscle Spasms
Are strong but less defined regarding the Rhythm
and can be Easily Confused with Calcium/Mineral loss
or need for supplementation, yet -to me- distinctly different
because they are erratic with no specific pattern.
Sometimes just one or two and no more,
sometimes a few short quick ones and sometimes slow
and way apart from each other, while the Malassezia ones
have a distinctly regular pattern, irrespective of duration
intensity or interval repetition and often occurring
simultaneously with another one or two nearby
– as if the first one triggered an alert
(*)or co-ordination with others …

The Leg Jerkins
Can be from very Faint to Very Strong, like electric currents
-depending on accumulation of Yeast in the Colon area-
and -if one observes closely- very clearly defined.
.
The Eyelid Flatters
Shorter in duration, vary from strong to very light
but more clearly defined in Rhythm.
.
The Vibration Pattern in the Human world
could be described as a ‘Rhythmic Code’
that if it were to be translated into Sound or Taps
it would be like this:

It is something extraordinary!…
However much – light or strong
has been perceptible to my senses throughout time
has usually gone on for a few seconds
in brief stop – start intervals
with each session lasting between a brief minute or so
to some times up to near Five full minutes.
I had always assumed that this was perhaps
what the Readers were experiencing and referring to
because it is easier to express about it as if it was a ‘sound.’
.
It was not until a few months back when i was too busy
and preoccupied with other entries that i had a rather
serious Ear … ‘invasion’ lol!… not on the outside
which i had managed to heal beautifully after some period
of having it harassed and nibbled as if by a mouse
but farther inside to a depth not reachable by cotton tips
Previous minor ones i had either prevented altogether
or stopped settling with a few Acidophilus mix applications.
.
This time somehow it managed to proceed deeper
and it was during a few sessions of inserting
an Acidophilus Mix cotton at the outer part
that i witnessed the most extraordinary confirmation
of its Vibratory Activity
and the Closest one Resembling Sound
as i could ever perceive with my senses
– other than employing Nasa Supersonic equipment, Lol! …
.
It was the very familiar Rhythm of 1.2.3 – 4
but experienced Inside the ear
it sounded much like a Drum Beat, like:
Do-Do-Do – –Doop
Do-Do-Do – –Doop
Do-Do-Do – –Doop
Mixed or accompanied with an additional sound
a somewhat shrill, high pitched Sorrowful
yet Aggressive, threatening tone, coming in waves.
It was an Absolutely Astonishing Marvel!
A Combination of a Polemic Battlefield Song
of Attack in the sound of a Rhythmic Drum
-of an army knowingly advancing to its death-
and a Mournful yet Aggressive Dolphin Song
– definitely a Sound this one!

The Drum one was the unmistakeable rhythm of Malassezia
the other i wondered whether it might have been
the Acidophilus Bacteria or whether both were Malassezia.
In order to verify beyond doubt i stopped inserting Acidophilus
for a couple of days and let Malassezia be and watch
if it would do it on its own – – – and it Did!…. the Drum!
There is a good chance of course that although i had stopped
inserting the Acidophilus Mix there were still some ‘guys’ alive
from both sides and the battle kept going on. (**)
So far i can tell i have never experienced any vibratory sense
from Acidophilus alone while the Rhythmic ‘Sound’
was identical to the Malassezia familiar vibrations…
A very Definite Vibration
but doesn’t Vibration also equate with Sound in some level???
.
The Mournful Dolphin sound on the other hand was fluctuating
or rather undulating, coming in waves
but with no particular rhythm to it
and have never heard it or sensed it before or since
either on its own or in combination with the Drum beat.
A Rhythmic Flatter in the Cotton-Tip serviceable area, yes
but never the Shrill Mournful Sound nor the Drum Beat…
possibly because all other time it had remain in the outer parts
where it was felt by the skin as a sensation
where its sound/vibration could not be perceived
by the inner audio part of the ear???
..
Each session of the above incident
went ‘on and off’ lasting for near 10 full minutes
-longer than any other time or any other place-
followed by the usual dead quiet
after each Acidophilus – Malassezia clash
but was repeated for a few days
-perhaps surviving longer
due to being deep near the ear drum?-
until it was all over and the ear finally free and clear!

Going one step further and into dangerous ground
of speculation, i wonder if the vibration/sound
is not also a ‘transmission’ system between
Malassezia and its Maniacal Cloning Sisters
being extensions of its Self!…
I say ‘also’ because its motions from place to place
appear to have a direction – especially when Relocating
from a place ‘treated’ with some substance
but rather erratic when cloning inside a lesion
as well as when observed under Digital Microscope.
Therefore i assume that the rhythmic vibration/sound
is not due to its movement ‘From or To’ a location
but -perhaps?- as a sign of
Initiated Cloning Activity?
… and / or – – – Transmitting signal to its Sisters???
.
All Speculations and kind of Dr Who stuff, Lol!…
but i do not see it as a too far-fetched idea either
considering all Species in Nature use Sound, Vibration
and other means -perceptible or not to man-
of communicating between themselves
Planetary Spheres included,
emanating sound – or so we are told,
so why not the Yeast/Fungus Species as well
especially since the vibration – and stages of activity
are undoubtedly felt by many people in similar ways.

I Believe Unless one is Open to Embracing
Even what may seem outlandish ideas
One Cannot Observe Objectively.

I Found and enlarged the photo below in order to capture details
and noticed something that had escaped my attention
when preparing it for another Earlier Entry assignment
.
The Photo below is of a Recent Faecal Sample
showing the Presence of Yeast.
What had escaped my attention previously
was a long Green Hyphen – spread across the sample!
It is quite Similar to a Green Hyphen in the Eye
The Green is one of the usually fluorescent Malassezia colours
but also possibly due to one of my recent ‘All Greens’ Diet Experiment.
.
The next day while still thinking about the Green Colour
and how much could be attributed to Pityrialactone
and how much to my recent ‘All Greens’ Diet
there was a conveniently helpful memory flash
of something long forgotten.
Some life time back, long before the A-TB illness
or having started any swimming or other exercise
except for frequent long walks for relaxation,
and when all was running fine, except of the occasional
Bladder Infection which never actually showed
in the Urine tests and could have been… irritation?
What kind of irritation? … i will not entered on to this.
So, i had gone to a GP – no established regular doctor
since my visits were only occasional and far in between.
I do not remember the reason/cause of the visit
but i remember two distinct points the Doc and I discussed:
1) The Urea Result
was below the Normal levels – on the Positive side
and he told me he had never seen anything like that
in his entire carrier and asked me about my diet
(Tones of Fresh Fruits and Veggies as always).
.
2) At times – and at that Specific time of the Visit
i used to get an Overall Orange Skin Hue.
I used to Interpret it as Liver Distress due to
anxiety, stress, worry, and all other micro-aliments
or rather emotional responses to Life’s events
that could produce and upset a Perfectionist Virgo.
The Doc noticed it at the time and told him
what i thought it was but he asked if i ate a lot of
orange coloured fruits/vegies such as Carrots, Pawpaw.
Carrots i did not, but Pawpaw i did eat a lot.
I was doubtful of his assessment but remained opened
to the possibility and started to observe its periodic
appearances and whether they coincided with
any of the causes i attributed it – since i ate Pawpaw daily
but the Hue was Not there Permanently.
Observations proved me right …most of the time
but there were those unexplained times that neither
of the two cases could be considered as the contributor.
.
These days the same Hue is more Frequent and varies in scale
between the Gray of Death as i have thought it
believing at times that i have only days to live
to Bright Orange i also used to attribute
to Liver stress due to A -TB illness and medications
to a Greenish Orange with some hint of Gray…
which is of course unmistakable and has primarily
Only One Contributor!
Her Evil Majesty!
The Indications and Possibilities of all this, are
> The Yeast must have been Present but without any other
accompanying symptoms attributable to it
prior to either manifestation or knowledge of my Illness
(up until the commencement of Antibiotics, X-rays etc)
> The Gray, unmistakable ‘end stage’ of its ‘amniotic’/Biofilm
dying and drying out.
>The Orange, definitely due to Pityrialactone
with a slight possibility of partial contribution
due to large intake of Yellow/Orange
of Bananas, and Pawpaw
> The Green, again Pityrialactone
with a slight possibility of partial contribution
due to large intake of the ‘All Greens’ Diet.
The New Elements Coming to light
* The Gray was never detected as present or was not noticeable
* The Gray and the accompanying distinct Malassezia smell
became apparent only after the serious Outbreak
* The Green other than as a mixed hue on the skin
and also in the Samples and also in the Samples
was also never detected until after several months
on the All Greens Diet.
* The Orange had been present on occasions of stress
and detected way prior to establishment of Illness
but without any other accompanying symptoms
until after commencement of associated treatments.
* The Orange – back then- appeared to be
more frequently associated with stress etc
rather than the steady sizeable daily fruit consumption.

Perhaps an indication that
> The Yeast tended to Proliferate
During stress or Immunity taxing times
but checked back down when normality returned
therefore No Gray or Orange remained
and was cleared off quickly.
> Orange or Green are Primarily prominent
a) By quantity of Yeast Presence
and consequently amount of Pityrialactone
b) Possibility of some Food Ingredient Colour

IF i understand Correctly
a) From Research material:
1) Either the Yeast does not always grow Hyphae
2) Researchers had difficulty inducing it to do so in the Lab
3) Yeast Form does not always develop Hyphae

when it does, they are much smaller than the Mycelial Type.
The Lesions also appear to be much smaller in size.

Below the Mycelial Hyphae are referred to
as ‘Short Fungal Hyphae’
I am not sure where they get that because looking at my Mycelia ones
They Look anything but Short
especially in comparison to the Yeast ones.

Of course not being a Microscope Professional
i must admit that i find it easier to differentiate
between the two types of Lesions
rather than the two types of Hyphae.
Having only observed my own samples
I can still not be sure whether the differences i see
between the quantities and sizes of the Hyphae and Lesions
of the Initial stages of outbreak and the current ones
are due to a difference of Yeast and Mycelia
as two different stages of Malassezia development
or
a) An Improvement of my Skin Immunity
b) A Reduction of Presence and Size and
c) Inability of the Yeast to Develop to previous extensive levels
due to the Methods and Applications i have implemented
targeting Both Topical and General Immunity Improvement
and Inhibition of a Complete Malassezia Cycle
Not excluding of course the Possibility
of other contributing Factors i may not be aware of.

K2: * fingernails turning dark from demodex *
I m not sure if Demodex causes finger nails to turn dark
but i know this is a sure Malassezia sign.
It turns gray when its liquid carrier /Biofilm dries out
and it is then harder to clean or wash off.

Some time back i used to apply Oil Free Neutrogena
but nowadays handling the Acidophilus mix
when applying it to other areas of my Body
does not allow any built up under the nails.
.
If i had to treat it now i would dip my fingers/nails
in Acidophilus Mix several times during the day
and particularly at Bed time
because of the additional benefits instead of Neutrogena.

I do not have any Personal ones
with enough gray accumulation to be photographed

Below is another Google image i picked
displaying the nails of a person
believing them to be dirty from work
despite -to their admitting- trying to clean them
“with a cotton swap and alcohol
– and that only worked to a certain extent.
They still aren’t clean looking.”
To me it looks like accumulation of Malassezia gray
and progression to white grit (trouble brewing!)
The fact that it can be visible to the eye
and be photographed as well, indicates a serious case.
The person is highly preoccupied with the look of the nails
in regards to Nail Polish ‘Beauty’
and Totally Unaware of the lurking beast…
I cringe thinking what they would reveal
looked under digital microscope
when even perfectly healthy looking nails
can reveal being heavily infested.

I have not discovered anything yet
that would kill Malassezia Internally as such
and i am not sure whether there would be anything
that would not be simultaneously too dangerous
for the Body as well
so i have turned my efforts and attention
into Building General Internal – External Immunity.

During the Initial stages of the Malassezia outbreak
the Hair Follicles on both my Legs
were swollen with Pus filled Bumps
clearly visible to the naked eye
braking into large painful cheesy lesions.
At the time i poured, splashed and threw
everything i could think of, on them
including heat treatment trying to clear them.
Invariably nothing worked and some treatments
ended with more painful messy results than others.
Then came Morning walks by the Beach
at a just under the knee level of water
covering the entire leg length.
This brought relief and change within days
but they were so heavily infested that the battle
went on for quite some time.
.
Taking a Probiotic Orally would certainly enhance
the Friendly Flora Internally but how long it would take
to bring balance on the outside would depend
on how extensive and severe the Folliculitis problem is
and the general condition of the Body
in regards to Health/Illness, Nutrition
and -detrimental effect- Skin Cleaning or Cosmetics use.
Applying Acidophilus Mix or Seawater (No salt +water!)
and some of the Bath time measures
as details in earlier relevant Entries
i believe should achieve a faster result
Keeping in mind the two crucial Points
1) – The Quality of the Probiotic Product *
2) – The Relocation Factor
Both detailed in Earlier Related Entries

(Not for long – yet long enough to contaminate)

a specific length of time and i believe there could be truly
no specific term in days, weeks, months etc for everybody
due to unique individual ways, living elements
and personal conditions, as well as how many symptoms
and how far back were noticed, or could be traced and verified
as legitimate ones relating specifically to Malassezia
when many other transient things could produce similar symptoms.

Once Malassezia turns from a Commensal, Natural part of Body Flora
into a problem causing Pathogen, its Extend and Severity
depend on a combination of Several Internal and External Factors
either Allowing and or Contributing to its Proliferation
such as:
* A Weak Immune System, due to Illness or other causes
* Long Term Medications
* Poor or Wrong Nutritional Elements
* Application of a Variety of harmful Cosmetics and Hygiene products.

I hope the Reader
Has not been standing on the Podium in their Swimsuit
while waiting for the answer to their question
.
I was a Pool Swimmer for over 12 years soaking in Chlorinated water
for a full hour every single morning of the week – including weekends
at a brutal 5.30’ am each morning.
It was not long before chlorine was the prominent smell on my Body
never able to wash it off despite long hot scrub showers afterwards.
Chlorine weakened the Strength and the Colour of All types of hair
on my Body, such as Eyebrows, Underarms and Legs.
Wearing two Swimming Caps i.e one Lycra plus one Silicone
helped protect my Scalp Hair from equal damage
but Never did anything to Malassezia.
During those times its worse manifestation
was on several of my Toes throughout the Entire Decade
resulting in losing the left Big Toe Nail several times
and getting so swollen and painful that often i could not walk
and would hobble my way to the pool.
Walking in Seawater much later on, brought tremendous relief
and eventual healing until i could not do that anymore
and so trialled first the YAM and eventually only Acidophilus Mix.
.
I remember Three Consistent Characteristic Elements
i had noticed on other Swimmers throughout my Pool years
which today i can recognise as signs of Malassezia presence:
.
1-) The Strong Grayish Orange Colour of the Pool Scum
accumulated at the edge of the water
which always had me wondering whether the Chlorine
was actually doing anything to it
as it never seemed to clean or dissolve
and what would it mean for our Bodies?….
2-) Many of the Elderly people – and often some young ones
when they were in the water were giving off
a strong Ashy smell which i secretly called
‘The smell of Death’
because my head was telling me
it was the smell of their dead cells…
I was not too wrong…
Later on i smelled it on my Body, especially in the initial stages
of its outbreak, when my scalp was infected heavily
and was losing my hair fast.
.
3-) Many Swimmers, from very young to very old seemed to have
all sorts of strange Bumps or Sores on their Bodies
hard to tell whether they were Acne, Mosquito Bites, Eczema,
Skin Ulcers, Burns, Allergies or Accidental Cuts, etc
until i had started recognising some of them
looking very similar to mine
but i still did not know at the time what mine were
and often wondering whether we were getting something
from the built up of Orange Scum – or the Pool Showers.
.
I can see Now how Long term Skin Exposure to Chlorine
may have caused Skin Flora Imbalance
thus encouraging Malassezia growth on some swimmers skins.
.
Chronic exposure to Chlorine does not appear to have any detrimental
effect on Malassezia, it barrows under the skin deep into the hair follicles
and waits until it is all over, or retreats into the Internal areas
such as Genitals and Anal Canal.
.
One may ask
‘Can People Infect the Pool?’
‘Can People get Infected in the Pool?’
I have no scientific back up for this answer
since Malassezia being a part of Natural Body Flora
would not be looked for – or considered as a Pool infecting threat
and Pools are usually tested for other known Pathogenic nasties.
My Personal assessment, based on the above observations
is Yes to Both questions
and the Orange Scam is a supporting indication.
The effect though on each Individual, would depend
on the General state of Immunity and Other Contributing factors
.
And answering the original Question
*can you swim in a pool with this infections*
Based on all said above
Yes, you Can and it is Really a matter of Personal Choice
such as if there is a Good Reason like Health, Exercise, etc
as swimming is one of the Best ways for that purpose
but may not be Beneficial for the Skin in the Long Term
or if Malassezia is already causing too much trouble
one may have to assess Necessity of Swim
i.e whether just a Little Splash for Pleasure
or a Health and Fitness Exercise
against the extend and severity of Malassezia trouble.
I know if i could i would have continued swimming
regardless Malassezia considerations.

I don’t think Progesterone ‘causes’ Malassezia as such.
Malassezia exists naturally on several areas on the Body.
Progesterone may cause it to Proliferate or exacerbate
an existing condition.
.
There was a brief period during which my GP prescribed
Natural Progesterone obtained from Compounding Chemists.
I cannot tell with absolute certainty Progesterone was responsible
for causing flair up symptoms as at the time i was on Antibiotics
and was trying anything on earth to give my body a boost
to help coping with A TB Illness and the lethal Antibiotic toxicity.
Malassezia back then was a camouflaged undiscovered evil
and its effects were masked and bundled up with all other
as antibiotics afflictions. Looking back though and recalling
time- events- symptoms, start/stops and flair ups taking place
during that brief period of being on Progesterone,
there is in retrospect a strong indication the it caused Malassezia
braking out as acid filled burning bubbles in the upper torso area.
Nevertheless, i cannot consider it as a reliable conclusion.

I have used Vitamin C Powder ½ flat tsp orally and has worked.

Emotional Shock?… I doubt…
I would say in severe cases it would be more like
a ‘Rising feeling of Inescapable Entrapment’.
I cannot think of anyone having an emotional shock
discovering they have Malassezia.
Discovering Cancer can undoubtedly produce emotional shock
but Malassezia? – unless one is, somehow
fully aware of what the whole Malassezia affair is truly about.
Something i judge near impossible, as it takes a long time
for most people to perceive and make connection
with the reality of its pervasive nature and seriousness.
There are two factors hindering recognition and progress
1) In light, localized manifestation of symptoms
such as only on scalp face, or chest etc.
the individual tends to believe this is the entirety of the problem
2) In more extensive and unmanageable conditions
due to either lack of proper diagnostics
or medicos cooperation in prescribing them
leaving the individual to their own research
and choice of matching symptoms and causes
there is a tendency of preference to a theory
and an ‘exotic’ name and kind as the cause
either hard to diagnose – or with absolute certainty.
Possibly because psychologically it is much easier
to assume and justify its apparent Indestructibility
instead of accepting as a cause something more simple
such as Natural Flora ‘gone wrong’
due to Illness or Medication etc.
The problem with either case of course
is delaying doing what is necessary to minimise and control
while instead helping and/or allowing it time to proliferate
( whether Malassezia or other similar symptom cause )
.
The entirety of it is not usually quite perceived
even having been dealing with it for more than 2 years
from what i have observed from numerous communications
over time, including my own gradual progress.
It is much like discovering the head
of the Loch Ness Monster
while being Oblivious of its hidden Totality
.
The Only emotional shock i can think of
and relate to as well, is the one i have presented in jest
in ‘The Funny Side’ Entry
–but Real and … Certainly Not Funny- experience
of been served with a DP * diagnosis
after a First visit to a Dermatologist.
( *DP: Delusional Parasitosis i.e. “It is all in your mind” )

* Any Perfumed or Oil containing Talcum Powder
* Any ‘Off the Shelf’ Medicated Yeast Infection Treatment
* Any Synthetic Clothing on affected area/s

* Keep vulnerable skin areas always Clean and Dry
* Wash area/s – Only with Warm Water and gentle cloth
* Dry well
* Apply Acidophilus Mix Twice Daily ( adjust if necessary)
(1 Capsule in 4-5 Tbs warm water)
Not a Brand recommendation – just an idea what is available
(Keeping in mind there are always other ingredients contained but not listed)
Other Probiotic Ingredients: *
Inulin – Polydextrose, maltodextrin, sugar, phytates,
preservatives, artificial flavours or colours, wheat, gluten.

If it makes you feel any better, I have the exact same problem you do,
AND my father is a dermatologist.
So, just imagine the frustration when your own father tells you it’s stress…
and then he has the nerve to slip in a few weeks later
that he had a woman come in with delusional parisitosis.
It has practically ruined our relationship. Mine started after years of antibiotics … …

….. few things I know to be true about this, and a couple of assumptions.
= If I eat any sort of pastry or have anything yeasty, I will have an unbearable flare.
Donuts, cookies, cake, bread, and beer are all a guarantee
of a flare within a couple of hours to a couple of days. .*1
= The fresher/yeastier, the sooner I react. I cannot eat anything from a bakery.
Sometimes I’ll get away with stale bread.**1
= The Specific Carbohydrate diet is helpful.
= Diflucan will stop it. I’ve been prescribed a two month course
on three separate occasions, in which you’re on a pretty restricted carb diet,
and you have to get your liver enzymes checked.
I’ve had complete relief during the course, but after a couple of months,
it starts again, and it’s too dangerous to take long term.*2
= Right now, I’m going with the leaky gut theory.
I’m trying to heal with L-glutamine, zinc, probiotics,
candibactin, inositol, nystatin, and fish oils.*3
I was doing okay until recently, after a course of antibiotics ….
I went right back to where I started.**3
= There is lots of info on Seborrheic Dermatitis
—which is obviously just one part of the manifestation of this
—but I’ve found that if I approach it from that angle,
I’ll be more likely to get someone to listen to me.
= This is one that I have seen a pattern, and I’m 90% it helps significantly,
but I have to test it completely on its own.
I take Sam-E (S-Adenosyl methionine), and it takes the inflammation down very quickly.
The problem I have with it is that if I take too much, I get really edgy. *4
So, trying to balance that vs. controlling this is a fine line. When I get it right, it’s fabulous.

-of not entering into any further personal communications-
in order to Thank You for taking the Time to Relate your Story.
I understand how Frustrated you may feel with your …’Dermatologist!’
Don’t get me started about mine! Lol!
Perhaps you have a unique Better Chance than most of us,
instead of allowing this situation to ruin your Father-Daughter relationship
to use your influence instead, no matter how negligible
you might consider it in your frustration, to ‘Convert’ him to the Camp,
help him Open up to Reality and the indisputable Facts
that it is not all just nerves or delusions –except perhaps for only a few–
and See how Better he Could Help so Many Suffering People.
I can imagine though this might be harder than actually ‘Curing’ Malassezia, Lol!
Yet i believe some seeds may have already found their way in his heart
and eventually his mind … you never know!… Life uses or creates Circumstances
to Guide us all to the water of Knowledge whether we choose to drink
or resist and stay inert until the inevitable strikes hard…
I see from the way you have been documenting your findings
* An Intelligent approach (most people lodge into anything –myself too initially)
* Research ( eventually we all resort to that one way or another)
* Methodical experimentation and watchfulness (again not all people do so)
* Close watch on your Body
* And an Openness to Solutions (my intuitive judgement from all you are relating)
These alone make me believe they may be the ‘Knock’ on your Father’s Door
and may have already be having some influence on him,
even if not quite detectable on his ways yet as perhaps
some of the Problems he is facing might be that,
as a Professional he feels reluctant to differ from the Traditional medical approach,

What a lovely email to receive.
I’m very happy to have facilitated some peace in your life.
If it helps, I have a little insight as to why these doctors behave in such a way.
My father, and many, many doctors I have encountered, have very little empathy.
It’s counterintuitive to me, because one would think that a doctor’s goal
is to help someone feel better.
It took a lot of observation and investigating and massive disappointment for me
to figure out that this is rarely the case.
Doctors tend more to be of the engineer type mindset, where they’re really out simply to use
deductive reasoning to solve a problem. Considering the mastery of math and science involved
in the study of medicine, it’s really not that surprising.
The problem arises when it’s something that doesn’t fit neatly into one of their categories.
And, he admits that some patients do fall through the cracks due to the
‘don’t look for zebras when there’s a horse right in front of you’ credo

The simplest explanation is the right one, in their minds.
Do we have some weird infestation, allergic reaction, something or are we delusional?
It’s easier to deem us delusional and move on, probably because
the anxiety we present with puts us in a neat little box of DP.
Then, they feel satisfied that the solved the problem, and their egos remain intact.
Another theory I have is that if they ever did have the capacity for empathy,
it may have waned over the years due to a self-protective mechanism to insulate them
from their patients’ problems. I know my dad has had to construct a wall around himself
when it came to patients he deemed needy, to prevent himself from getting sucked in.
He cares about his patients, but he won’t take on any of their pain.
It’s infuriating to say the least, in cases like ours. I truly feel like they misrepresent themselves
—but perhaps we overestimated the practice of medicine.
(I totally agree with the Reader’s assessments, many of which
i had arrived at myself and now with additional ones
to complete an accurate picture – as i see it.)
The only luck I’ve had with any doctors are holistic practitioners
—integrative medical doctors, acupuncturists, chiropractors—
they have never made me feel crazy, even if they didn’t know what it was.
But, generally they have gotten it right away.
What I now understand to be true about general medicine, is that medical doctors
are taught to make a diagnosis based on specific symptoms, and prescribe medication.
They’re generally not creative thinkers, and they’re very impatient.
So, something like malassezia is unfathomable to them.

I feel vindicated since figuring it out with the help of wonderful doctors and my own research,
and I’m proud of the knowledge I’ve accumulated along the way.
And, I hope that you feel proud of yourself and your service to others.
You’ve done an amazing job figuring this all out and meticulously documenting everything.
I hope that despite these horrible experiences with doctors
that you can recognize it as their weakness, rigidity and stupidity,
and just continue your work preventing others from having to go down that path.

i believe by ‘Sea Salt’ is meant ‘Sea Water’.
I doubt if (Sea) Salt itself, isolated from the other
Sea minerals contained in the Sea Water,
could produce the white nails.

I have been experiencing the same result myself
due to Regular Seawater use for its
Malassezia Preventative and Fast Healing Properties
And the Additional Benefits to Nails, Hair and Bones.

*2) Vitamin C, especially combined with Vitamin E
taken Internally helps heal wounds.

*3) Neutrogena i rarely use nowadays, as a Malassezia treatment
a) due to its Salicylic acid which is a Blood Thinner
and can cause Bruises and /or Bleeding

especially if used extensively or left on for a long time

but not as an effective Malassezia treatment.)

Where i found Neutrogena most useful a long time back
was its ability to Remove Dead, Sticky, Lizard Skin
-caused by Malassezia allowed to settle and dry-
but this method required leaving it on the skin
much longer than the recommended instructions
for a quick facial wash
and where the Blood Thinning property of SA
had to be taken into consideration.

b) because i have not fully established beyond any doubt
if any of its other Ingredients attract Malassezia Back
~
c) because Washing and Scrabbing Thoroughly any area
-where burning, itching, crawling, irritation or activity is felt-
Immediately with Warm Water
using a rough Face Cloth or Cotton wad
Removes the Yeast Before settling and drying on the skin
(becoming much harder to remove)
thus Not Requiring the Neutrogena use
and
d) because using a combination of
Seawater and Acidophilus Mix
Offering Many Additional Skin Benefits Each,
i rarely find any use for Neutrogena anymore.
I know though from Feedback that numerous Rearers
both Male or Female seem to love it.

less harmful and least problem exacerbating.

In the past i used one of the ‘Head and Shoulders’ formulas
– Silk and Smooth Pink – which i had found very effective
in keeping the beast under control but it appears the Formula
was changed and i started to have problems, so i have been
in search for a new one, testing and checking results
while temporarily using the Cedel due to its 2% Zinc Pyrithione.
Therefore i have no good suggestion for a Suitable shampoo.
Checking one’s currently used Shampoo,
if found to contain too many Oils/Ethyl/Methyls,
would be wise to replace with a more suitable alternative.

after i had been sitting or standing upright
and if i tried forcing them open with my fingers

-) Relocating Factors, especially when other parts
of the body/head/face etc, are simultaneously treated
-) The Nature of the Problem and the fact that
it is Not likely to go away on its own if left Untreated
-) The Longer to Act – the more Entrenched it becomes
-) It can end up Chronic and get Worse without Maintenance
-) May Require Concentrated Effort and Multilevel Treatment
especially when chronic, persistent or aggravated case
and choosing One quick and easy part of Treatment
will Not work as expected
-) It will take Time, Consistency and Persistence
especially in unyielding or entrenched case
-) It is necessary to Apply Treatments with

Latest Solutions Implemented for Clearing Blepharitis
During the latest Occurrence, having underestimated the Need to act
immediately and decisively, i tried applying several solutions haphazardly
which naturally did not produce a satisfactory lasting result
so eventually i had to implement a Coordinated – Concentrated Plan
which, Out of Necessity, Included Brief use of Chemical Solutions
~
1) Only IF/when Absolutely Necessary
Pyrenel Foam
Available at Chemists (Australia)
(Google for List of Ingredients)
It is a Head Lice treatment i have used for the Scalp before
from where the Yeast usually Relocates to the Eyes for Moisture
which contains OILS -Bad and Counter productive for fighting Yeast
but it is the only one which seems to affect Clones (and Lice eggs)
due to containing Butoxide – and allows a couple of days of peace
before the cycle starts to build again, giving the opportunity
for intensive Eye Treatment without too much interruption from the scalp.

No good using frequently
for several reasons i have already outlined
in several of my Entries in regards to
a) Chemicals and Oils, and
b) Relocation from Scalp to Eye Problem itself.

2) This I have been using Regularly
-Still on a Trial basis-
It seems to help the Eye Problem – temporarily
Contains 2% Zinc Pyrithione
Available at Coles and Woolworths (Australia)
I use it ONLY Under the Lash Beds
because it stings massively if it goes into the eye.
It seems to kill or sent away any Yeast lurking
On or Under the Skin in that area and prevents it from moving in
and settling into the Eyelash beds when it has matured.

If present in the area when shampoo is applied
initially there is no Response but soon as it starts to Die
it stings and itches rather strongly for just a few intense minutes
then all quiet.
When area is Free of Presence there is No response.
This is a good indication of Presence or Absence near the Eyes
but of course
there IS already presence in Eyes, Eyelashes, Eyelash beds
where it cannot be applied either for testing or treatment.

(I use it on the Scalp but it is only effective for what is Live
and on the Surface or Hair, often causing immediate mobilisation
out of the area and totally useless for spores or anything residing
deep in the hair follicles – so i am looking for replacement…)

3) The Most Effective of All – also Temporarily
Prescription Free Topical Antibiotic
(Google for List of Ingredients)
Available at Chemists’
I get from ‘Pharmacy Online’ (Australia)
What it is
Initially thought as a Puny little expensive Bottle – but it goes a long way!
Especially if used the way i found more productive for the purpose
How I Used it
I tried the instructions for a few days but had no effect whatsoever
so i stopped. Then i realised i had not given the entire treatment
enough time to bring results and created my own Targeted Plan.
Instead of putting a few drops inside the eye – which also sting briefly,
I directed the Nozzle Only Along the Lash bed and squeezed
very gently to release just the necessary amount
– and only in that area
This at bed times just before turning the light off. Keeps it working all night.
Deters Infestation on the Lash beds and Clears the already present mess!

Three to Four Nights application eased the swelling and weeping
and deterred more from trying to settle in the area
~
It is the most effective for a bad Chronic – Entrenched case
and mine left untreated was progressively getting there.
As soon as inflammation and swelling subsided – within a week,
i Stopped and Reverted to Frequent
– Warm Water Wash ( the 3 www,s lol!)
– Seawater (Natural Deterrent)
– Acidophilus Mix

Acidophilus Mix is Best Applied After the Inside the Eye Liquid
and Clouding of the Eyes has been Noticeably Reduced
and activity throughout the day has Subsided considerably.
Iy is Better Applied as part of a Routine Preventative Maintenance
rather that during Treatment because it upsets the Yeast
which creates a rather messy condition
before Acidophilus takes over delivering the Positive Results

Preventative Treatments I Use Regularly
1) Clean Eyelids with a Facecloth or Cotton wad and Warm/Hot Water
several times daily – Especially Morning, Bath Time and at Bedtime
2) Alternately, during Shower time, standing Facing the Shower Head
allowing plenty of comfortably Hot water run to the closed eyes
and wiping frequently with a Facecloth.
3) Dry with Face Cloth/Hand towel
(specifically allocated for drying the eyes after each wash)
4) Tissue or Toilet paper on my desk or wherever i am stationed
helps dry itchy liquid and gritty granules off the edges of the Eyes,
keep Eyelash beds Dry and interrupt Malassezia Settling
5) Apply Seawater (Not Salt water!)on Eyelids, around Eye
and Lash Beds Morning and Bedtime and /or
whenever i feel Malassezia movement or attempt to settle in

I have learned to recognise sensations of when the devil is trying to lodge
into the lash beds such as Spider thread like movements or prickly and itchy
so i drop everything and go and wash immediately as above
During the rest of time when i feel them watery, leaky, or just itchy
i use toilet tissue* to wipe the lash beds and both edges of the eyes.
It is absorbent, disposable, goes a long way and the devil hates dry!
It Relieves the eye and potentially stops more irritation and additional growth.
I have a roll wherever i am sitting and do so as frequently as necessary.

* I buy specifically embossed type of tissue with Dolphin or Flower patterns
and Flatten the Rolls down, so they don’t look as much like ‘toilet’ rolls, lol!
and can go a long way with minimal cost compared to handkerchief tissues
but a Bulk Box of them can also do the job well.

I do Not particularly consider my Condition as Chronic
since i have only had two troublesome Flair-Ups throughout.
One a couple years back, still in the early stages
when i had to resort to wearing Goggles at Bedtimes
to deter Malassezia savaging my eyes.
The Other more recently due to Shampoo experimentations
and underestimating the maintenance frequency necessary
to avoid the eventual build-up.

What i definitely consider as Chronic
is the Likelihood of Recurrence
and Necessity for Vigilance and Prophylactic Maintenance.

Causes of Blepharitis
Blepharitis is an Inflammation of the Eyelids, caused by either
a) Staphyloccal Bacteria
b) Malassezia Yeast /Fungus
and its related condition Seborrhoeic Dermatitis
c) Meibomian gland dysfunction
d) All or Combination of the above
due to resulting Inflammation, Contamination and Infection
Naturally so, since they would all be Present because:
a) Staphyloccal Bacteria are harmless and reside normally
on the skin and mucous membranes (Wikipedia)
b) Malassezia is also harmless part of Normal Body Flora
( This, until… something goes wrong somewhere
i.e Illness or Infection/s affecting immunity
and/or frequent or long term Antibiotic treatments etc. )

Malassezia and Blepharitis
* Malassezia triggers inflammatory reaction causing Blepharitis
* Malassezia is highly attracted to Inflammation
due to the easier availability of blood which seems to need for its cloning.
* Malassezia is attracted to Humidity and Oils
The Eyes Provide Humidity/and Meibomian gland Oily Fluids
* Blepharitis is considered as Chronic and Persistent
with Recurrent Flair-Ups alternating with Symptom Free periods.

Some Regular Malassezia Characteristic i have observed over time are:
1) After a Persistent period of practically devastating a particular area,
it abandons it suddenly -for no apparent treason- and moves
to a different one.
I extrapolate this is because the area does not provide enough
of its requirements or perhaps of successful survival of its Clones
– until the area has healed again and becomes a target once more…
2) Another observed Characteristic is that it is more likely to Return
to a Previously Invaded area than to attempt doing so to a New one
thus causing the Blepharitis –and Other Areas– Periodic Recurrences.
3) Relocation -of which i have referred to in Previous Entries-
when Treatments that Do not kill it on Impact are applied
and force it to move to different areas, such as
from Scalp to Face, Ears, Eyes (Blepharitis), etc

Malassezia and Eyesight
General Vew is that Eyesight is rarely affected as a direct result
but in reality there are detrimental effects in the Long Term:
Although Transparent and Invisible the Malassezia Liquid is Thick
and
* Covers and Clouds the Eyes
* Obscures the Eyesight possibly putting stress on relevant optic nerves
* Deprives the Eyes from Oxygen
* Prevents the Natural Meibomian gland Oily Fluids
to Hydrate and Lubricate the Eyes Causing them to Dry out
* At times as the Clones develop it Feels Gritty and Bothersome
* It is alive and Sucks Blood from the Eye Blood vessels
causing discomfort and irritation
(My Ophthalmologist had seen Splinter haemorrhages in my Eyes
-Splinter haemorrhages are small areas of bleeding
i usually had them under finger nails –
and although other causes cannot be excluded
i consider Malassezia presence one of them

I have experienced a Combination of these Symptoms
in either or Both of the two occasions:
Eyelids
* Red, Puffy and Itchy (Both or either of )
* Eyelid Flatter
* Oily Sticky Eyelids
* Dandruff like Scales embedding on Eyelids (*1)
* Eyelids partly glued together in the morning
with Dry Crusted liquid

(*1) The embedded Scales are due to development of Hyphae
digging-in on the skin surface, preparing for cloning
easily visible under Biological Microscope.
The longer allowed to remain on eyelid the harder to scrape off
and the more of eventual corrosion of the skin
resulting in bleeding when eventually scraped off
Eyelash Beds
* Red Sore and /or Itchy Inflamed
* Pus filled and leaking
Eyes and Vision
* Blurred Vision as if through glazed glass
* Fine Grit gathering at Inner Eye edge (near nose)
* Burning Liquid on Outer Eye edge
* Sore and Dry

* Hair or Spider like Movement on Eyelashes
* White, Gritty Dandruff like granules
* Loss of Eyelashes
* Discolouration of Eyelashes

Having Not found anything identifiable as Demodex or Scabies mites
on Any of my various Personal samples
-though plenty of suspect Demodex ones on my man’s samples-
except perhaps only this one above
that i cannot recollect on whose sample was found on *
i cannot consider myself as having any First-hand experience
or developed knowledge such as i have with Malassezia.

All i know about Demodex or Scabies
and their similarities with Malassezia
comes strictly from initial extensive Research
believing back then that either was the cause of my Problem.

Due to some of their Basic Characteristics
i would assume that some of the Malassezia
And Treatments
Could Successfully apply to helping with Demodex
but i would be unable to Personally confirm and verify
that this line of reasoning supports such assumption.
I suspect though that Perhaps
the Total Absence in All of my Samples
could be a Clear Indication
that my Applied Treatments
Achieving Such Considerable Malassezia Reduction
are also having the Same effect on Demodex.
It is part of the Natural Body Flora and should be present

I have used Selsun Gold but not any of the above.
Hegor contains Zinc Pyrithione but all depends on percentage
and for ANY Shampoo
whether any of the Other Ingredients Included
are Yeast Feeders, such as
OILS and Ethyl-Methyl-Acetyl Alcohol types etc.

Q1: * is there such thing as just 2% zinc pyrithione drops *
A quick Google Search did not produce any results
but here is my New Zinc Pyrithione 2% Shampoo.
(Australian Product)
Zinc yes, but loaded with other ingredients counteracting purpose
much like All Other Anti-dandruff Shampoos I have tried.

Does it work?…
I have used it for over 2 months Daily and Consistently
I leave it on the scalp for near a full hour while having a Bath.
I am, regrettably, pretty close to Busting another Myth…
Does it work?
Not exactly! … perhaps a little … and only temporarily.
It appears not affecting anything residing deep in the hair follicles
and only lightly or temporarily what is on the surface on scalp/hair.
The other Ingredients make it a great Re-locator. (*1)
Within 15 minutes after applying it and while still on
i can feel distinct ‘sand’ movement away from the scalp
into the ears, eyelids and face … most likely down to the neck.
Then within an hour or two after rinsing and drying, a stampede back
which only appears to stop -temporarily- after applying Acidophilus mix.
Acidophilus treatment takes several weeks and systematic treatment
to complete the job of clearing the scalp
and then needs Regular maintenance to keep it Malassezia Free.
The Only Shampoo i have found seemingly partly affecting spores
and resulting in several hours and up to 1-2 days all quiet
-tested repeatedly in the past and only occasionally and briefly now-
is a ‘Lice & Eggs’ treating one containing Butoxide
but it gets absorbed though the scalp and hits me Badly in other areas
side effects manifesting as early as the next day
and lasting for 4-5 days or more until cleared out of my system (*3)
And like Everything else Applied Externally
-whether Chemical or Natural-
the Results are Always only Temporary
because as already mentioned above:

which consequently determines
whether affliction is a temporary brief attack
or develops into a Chronic condition.

The Difference between perpetually using
Chemical Loaded Shampoos trying to control it
instead of using Natural Methods / Ingredients
is that
The First Option
May have Detrimental Cumulative Effects *
1) On Detoxifying Organs such as Liver and Kidneys
and consequently other Dependent on them Functions, etc
as well as
2) On Other Present Scalp Friendly Flora
The same would apply to any other
Topical Chemical Substances used Long term**

While the Second, Natural Option
1) Will Enhance Friendly Flora – Creating Competition
and possibly Increase Resistance, and
2) Fortify the Immune System without causing any harm

With these Considerations in mind after this Shampoo trial period
and only One Natural effective harmless Solution available
but still temporary and with the threat of Malassezia Re-location
in an area that could cause me more trouble than on my Scalp
and Provided i can keep it under Control
ie, Not have Sticky Matted Hair or Falling Off Fast
i have started a turn around to
* Tapering Shampoo Strength – Diluting with ‘Fun Time’ Baby Bath
* Reducing amount used per session by half
* Shortening the Duration of Scalp exposure to only 10-15 minutes
* Applying Acidophilus Mix after Rinsing and Drying
or immediately as soon as when Sticky Malassezia movement is felt
as a light Spider or Insect crawl in hair or Itchy Burning forming Bump.
This way minimise exposure to -lets face it- Useless harmful chemicals
and Protecting and Fortifying Friendly Helpers.
(The above applies for all shampoo types/brands i have identified
exacerbating current condition and/or causing additional problems)

* Ingredients Causing Re-location
(*1) Since it is a living mobile creature, if not killed on impact
and its environment is disturbed – like man and volcano eruption-
it naturally moves away -temporarily- to a safer place.
Where it chooses to go depends on the Individual’s
skin condition and vulnerability.
In some people may settle on Eyelashes, in other on the Face
in other on the Nek, Upper Torso – Chest, Back, Arms etc
or worse in the Privates areas…
This does not guarantee that Newbies will not try to re-invade
the Scalp area -or Any other ‘Favourite’ – treated area
after treatment effect has passed
(Man goes back to his volcanic land and rebuilds when all settled)

* Chemicals building cumulative effect through Skin absorption
* Skin absorption can be negligent provided Shampoos
are used for a few minutes as in Normal cases of Use
but this would hardly produce any result
for Malassezia Pityrosporum fighting purposes.
** Some may argue whether any Ingredients Could be Absorbed
by the Skin and cause gradual or eventual harm, etc.
The question is always : Is it worth any Risk?
I know through first hand experience, that it Can and Does!
(*3) a) Gradually building after certain Repeated Applications:
I will Not name Brands as such but Ingredients contained
such as
* Ketoconazole
* Strong Methyl /Acetyl/ Alcohol types of ingredients
– With or without Zinc Pyrithione –
* As well as Some OIL containing ones
(used way back during heavy experimenting ‘anything goes’ times)
* Lice treating ones – as mentioned above
b) As well as in a One Off -unforgettable- Extremely Intense Impact
-when used out of desperation in a foolish, unwise way

I Apply Zinc Pyrithione Shampoo on the Scalp during bath Time

A Long time Back as i mentioned above, my Scalp was on Fire
Itchy, Burning, with Sticky Matted Hair and Falling Off in Clamps.
I Remember the Distinctly Irresistible Urge to Pull Hair and Skin
and the Momentary Relief this action offered.

During Research i came upon a Trichillomania Related article
mentioning the Presence of Malassezia as a cause
among Other Serious Reasons for that Urge.

either Prior to – or Since Resolving the Malassezia Problem (*1)
to a Manageable degree.

I have noticed throughout several communications
with all Sonata’s Blog Visitors
as well as my own personal experiences
that
Our Brain tends to automatically ‘Interpret’ something we read
often even fitting with what we already think we know
believe, want or hope to hear
instead of Reading straight what is Written.
Knowing about this peculiar phenomenon
i often go back and read again
Both what i have written in each Blog Entry
checking how clear it comes through
as well as reading again and again anything else
written somewhere else by somebody else
if Important – and especially if so- for making decisions etc.
I will Urge Visitors to rememeber and be mindful of this
and Read rather than allowing automatic Brain Interpretation
which may distort the Information i intend to impart
-and Forgive my Informal and Imperfect expression.
There is that much i can do about it
since neither My use of language nor Language Itself
can always be perfectly clear.
So here is a Part i feel it needs to be Reblogged with Clarification

Starving Malassezia with Medication
As far as i know The Azole family of Drugs
such as Fluconazole, Itraconazol, Miconazole etc,
work by preventing the synthesis of Ergosterol
produced by Yeasts/Fungi/Malassezia
as an essential component of their cell membranes.
Disrupting production causes holes in the membranes
and leakage of the cell contents – thus killing them.

The Downside of these Medications is:
* Long Term Treatments under Medical Supervision
due to possible Liver Toxicity
* Serious and Potentially Fatal Side effects (as above)
* Interference with Other Medications
* Temporary Result due to High Malassezia Recurrence
(And a lot more – too much to mention here)
Q: I read on your website that azole family is good for yeast infection?
* Good God – No!… I never said or meant ‘Good’
I worded it very carefully to only describe how they are reputed to work.
In my Personal Experience
-as stated in Several Relevant Entries in Both Blogs-
i have found them totally ineffective whether used as Shampoo
External Topical Cream, Internal Oral Worm/Parasite tablets
or Internal Oral Prescription Medication.

Malassezia and Diet Again (PT 2)
It is too Early to notice any impact on Malassezia yet
as it usually takes Time – i.e Several Months
as it also does with medication or any other treatment for that matter
but i Can Say for Sure there are Already
Several Other General Benefits accrued so far
such as – and attributed to:
1- Feeling Better, Stronger, more Lively – (*Improved Nutrition Overall)
2- No Lung Bleeds for some time – (*Acidophilus – *Kim Chee – *INO )
3- No more Braking Ribs – No Severe pains – (*Mango – *INO)
4- I Can Think Better (*Walnuts – *INO)
5- I am Awake and Functional in the Early part of Day – (*KC – *INO)
instead of Zombieing around unable to keep my eyes open
6- Kidney Water flow Best ever! – (*KC)
but … accompanied by temporary -so far- sharp pains … (**)
7- Sleep Deep for 5-6 hours at Night – (*A – *INO)
irrespective of any number of bathroom visits in between
8- And – – – I can Cautiously say
* No Severe Unexpected Malassezia Attacks – (*A – *INO)
* Reduced Bumps or Cuts both in Number and Size
but this comes and goes with any changes.
Generally in recent times due to the Acidophilus treatments
they have been as low as could be – at least on the outside.
No considerable signs of change in Internal Production yet
but still keeping fingers crossed i am building immunity…
Having said that
I still do not consider this Diet as an optimal overall for Long term
compared to the Whole Raw one i was on for a long while
(before forced to modify to accommodate sudden health changes)
in that
1) It is Less Hydrating, despite Inclusion of additional (*) Raw Items
2) Some Nutrients unavoidably destroyed due to steaming
3) Greatly Improved but still Inadequate Protein (**)
(*) I frequently replace steamed Lunch with second Fruit Only Breakfast
and Bump up Dinner with more Lunch Greens
(**) A Good portion of Natural Plain Yoghurt
would bring it to Right levels and Increase Friendly Bacteria
but my Kidneys cannot handle dairy products anymore
I Strongly Maintain the View that a 90-95 % Fresh Raw Diet
With inclusion of Raw – Unsalted Nuts (**) and Seeds
and
Plain Yoghurt – Natural – Low Fat – Sugar and Additive Free
is Incomparable and Irreplaceable – especially if for Long Term
And this is why i am trying again to Improve as best i can
including redistribution of items and quantities in order to create
Three Round -High Nutrient- Light and Easier to Digest Meals.
Having had to drop the Dairies and switch to the Green Diet
I have noticed the change of Malassezia from Dull Grayish
or Fluorescent Orange – to Fluorescent Green
and from its Predominant Severe Fungal Form
to the More Moderate Mycelia / Yeast one.
Whether coincidence or Not – I cannot verify anymore.
All i Can Say with Absolute Certainty is
A Good Body Nourishing – Immune System Building Diet
Has Always Proved Beneficial – Malassezia presence or Not

PT 1 – Ribs – Pains – Calcium
This Improvement i Owe to Calcium Rich Mangoes
(Improvement Tested and Verified Yearly for well Over a Decade)
Replaced -due to Mango end of Season- with
Walnuts Pumpkin Seeds and Figs

PT 2 Kim Chee
1) My Kim Chee is quite different than any commercially prepared
or Traditional Homemade Recipe Ones

2) The changes i have so far noticed started and/or coincide
with shortly after introducing my Specially Made Kim Chee
and might be attributed to Specific Ingredients added
that i have not been able to otherwise include in my diet.
( More changes have been noticed – not mentioned here)

3) Not sure IF just Any Kim Chee could produce the same
Positive ( and or / Negative? ) results
as there are different methods and ingredients used
not All of which i consider in the bracket
of my understanding of ‘healthy’
*
4) Since i introduced Kim Chee into our meals
a couple of weeks apart each – me first to test it out-
my Husband and I have noticed identical episodes
each separately on our approximately third day of starting
as well as when each is On and Off it- or coinciding when both On
but … not sure if Positive or Negative
Nor whether Related or Independent of Malassezia yet…
I am watching and trying to decipher their significance.
Some Definite -Independent of Malassezia- Pros and Cons
have been noted so far but time … and my kidneys will tell!

PT 3 Mushrooms
I used to enjoy Mushrooms aware of them producing Ergosterol
which is a Precursor of Vitamin D2 – Vitamin D being essential
for Lund TB resistance – as well as their providing other Minerals.
Then i considered that there might be a possibility of thus
supplying Malassezia with ready Ergosterol for its Cell membranes
so i totally stopped eating them for several months
– despite Never having really been able to identify them
with absolute certainty as having any effect on Malassezia
presence or activity – whether eating them or not.
Until i decide whether to include them again
i pinch from time to time one from my man’s dinner 🙂
* Indicative Results and my Body’s continually changing Needs
are the guiding elements for any required modifications -if any-
liable to be implemented at any stage in the future.
(**) (No Peanuts: They are Not Nuts – they are Legumes
Too Many Reasons to Avoid – to mention here.)
(**) That despite the absence of any chillies, condiments or salt
and short ‘culturing’ time. I tentatively attribute it to the
naturally produced ‘vinegar’…
